What Did Champ & Ron Have To Sort Out?

Honestly, I’ve watched ‘Anchorman’ a thousand times and to date, I still don’t know what Champ and Ron had to ‘sort out’ before getting an apartment together. Even if they did, why the hell would Burgundy downgrade to an apartment? He already has a sick pad, loaded with leather-bound books, rich mahogany and comes home every night to his handsome little gentleman, Baxter. – PP
